How to install the asli188 app

Download the APK or open the web link
For Android, download the APK file from our website or scan the QR code in your account. For iOS, open the web app link in Safari or Chrome.

Allow installation from unknown sources (Android only)
Go to Settings > Security and enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install Unknown Apps". This allows your phone to install the APK file.

Install and open the app
Tap the APK file or web link to install. Once complete, open the app and sign in with your asli188 username and password.

Enable two-factor authentication
In your account settings, turn on 2FA to add an extra security layer. You will receive a code via SMS or email each time you log in from a new device.
Native app versus browser experience
Our native Android app offers offline caching, which means you can view your game history and account balance even without an internet connection. The app also sends push notifications when a live-dealer table opens or when a sportsbook market you follow updates. App-based login is faster because credentials are cached securely on your device, so you do not need to enter your password every time.
The web app works on any device and requires no installation. It is ideal if you switch between phones or prefer not to store the APK. Both paths use the same encryption and security standards. Choose whichever suits your workflow—many users keep both installed.

Minimum screen size is 320 pixels wide; we optimise the layout for phones (320–480px), tablets (768–1024px), and desktops (1200px+). If you are using an older device, contact our support team to check compatibility before downloading.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK does not install, check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your phone's security settings. Some devices require you to grant permission per app rather than globally; look for "Install Unknown Apps" in your app permissions. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for APK files distributed outside the Google Play Store. Our APK is signed with our official certificate, so you can safely proceed.
If the app crashes on launch, try clearing the app cache (Settings > Apps > asli188 > Storage > Clear Cache) or reinstalling. If you see a login error, verify your internet connection and check that your username and password are correct. If problems persist, our support team can help you troubleshoot or provide an alternative download link.
Data, permissions, and account security
The asli188 app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, storage (for offline caching), and SMS (for two-factor authentication codes). We do not access your contacts, photos, or location. All data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your password is never stored on your device; only an encrypted session token is cached.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings. With 2FA on, you will receive a code via SMS or email each time you log in from a new device. This prevents unauthorised access even if someone obtains your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
